There is hardly any traffic coming from the new bridge (or from the west on 34th) but yet the signals appear to be programmed to go back to red for north/south traffic on Telephone Road causing more people to slow down and stop and wait even though NOBODY triggered the signals to be turn green for them either form the east or west.

Could someone look into this? I live near the signal and a 4-way stop sign was definitely quicker going north on Telephone Road.
