Has the City Council and Police Department given any thought of what to do about the homeless with the holidays quickly approaching? The people of this city don't want them standing around asking for hand-outs when exting a store or just sitting in your car waiting for traffic lights to change. NOW would be a good time for the city to clamp down on the beggars and homeless and bring it to a halt once and for all.
