Two vehicles have not moved at this address in over a month (PLUS) @ 816 Penn Lane. Their is a truck that is up on jacks and it appears it is used a junk catcher (Mattress, etc), to include behind the truck is a broken down SUV that is partially parked on the grass with flat tire and a broken driver window.
It is VERY obvious these vehicles are not drivable (and have NOT been driven in MANY weeks/Months), to include the eye sore of storing their debris. These two vehicle are parked in their driveway and partially on the grass.

Going to close this issue. The mattress has been removed from the bed of the truck and the truck ramps have been removed. The vehicle that was extending in the yard is now parked in the drive-way.
