In the past month or so, something's gone wrong with the timing on the light at Broadway and Chester. At 5:30 p.m. on a weekday, traffic heading south on East Chester toward Broadway is usually backed up for two blocks.

The light timing needs to be adjusted to let more traffic flow from East Chester. It'd be great if the East Chester side of the light got a longer green than West Chester; often traffic gets tied up due to people making left turns.
