They are at it again. Shopping carts from various stores being left in alleys and by Sheridan plaza.
Don't people realize that this could be considered theft and the cost of these carts goes to the consumer which just means higher and higher prices at these stores.
If the person or persons are reading this why can you not take it back? Where's the common decency?
