Sharraxaadda

I first reported these stairs on 7/30/14 and as you can see they are still a major safety hazard. Now we had to scratch out yellow center lines and remove a speed bump and yet these stairs, as well as the other two stairwells, just keep eroding. What is wrong with this town's priorities?
