There appears to be a man living in an SUV that has been parked in the Whiting Sports Complex/Little League Field. The vehicle has been here off and on all week. Today the man has spent almost all day in and around the vehicle, and we observed clothing hanging on hangers inside, as well as dark blankets covering all of the windows and a sun shade in the front. It has been there all day today and hasn't moved.
