Description

The retaining wall along the sidewalk on this vacant lot is starting to fall apart. Stones are dropping onto the sidewalk. The wall is very attractive to little kids, who love to walk on it. If the City isn't responsible for this wall—and I don't think they are—then Code Enforcement should contact the landowner and force them to make repairs as a matter of public safety.
