    A house is being built on Emerald CT and they are at the stage of drilling and breaking up the ledge. The work starts as early as 6:15am and I was under the assumption the law stated they can't start before 7:30am. The work wakes me up every morning, there is a pregnant woman across the street who is due any day, and other neighbors have complained to me. Not trying to be a dick but it's just common decency.
