The water meter and sewer drain at the NE corner of driveway are full to the brim with water. We suspect that the construction that is taking place on or near our upper parking lot has something to do with it? Left hand side of the Interurban Ave exit from 405 Hwy - there is a growing homeless camp with tents and structures - there is also debris (coats, sleeping bags and other items) flowing down the hillside.

Behind our place of business, someone illegally dumped a washing machine. We are hoping to have it removed.

There are three street lights out from 146th street south on 58th Ave. The numbers are 314476, 317489, and 317520. They also have etched pole numbers 5818, 5817, and 5815.

Your No Trespassing sign may need to be in braille or another language. Garbage is literally growing daily and I can not ignore any longer. From the bus stop all the way to under the bridge is strewn with garbage and junk. Under the bridge is getting out of hand. May need the river to drop before cleanup.

The train trestle just south of Strander on the West side of river is another growing pile of junk that is literally growing every day. I know this because I walk by every workday.

Black trash bags left on east side of 53rd

We left our dumpster empty on Tuesday 12/31/19, we were closed for the holiday on 1/1/20. We found the dumpster overflowing with additional illegally dumped trashed next to it on Thursday 1/2/20 at 5:30am.

i was renting the downstairs of address 3728 s 160 th st. tukwila wa 98188 in the months of aug-through november of 2019 and the people i was rtenting from whom live in the home violated my property and my rights as a tennant and im concerned they will repeat this situation if nothing is done. while i was living there i fixed up the property and interior of the down stairs and converted it to being self-sufficiant area as in cooking facilities, carpet , outside cleanup and removed trees stumps, decayed bug infested, and always paid my rent as required and throughout the whole time frame of being there they violated my privacy and disturbed my comfort zone so when i got evicted they had all rein of my property and took credit for my work throughout the whole time being there and never once conpisated any labor or upgrades for property. i am very upset about this matter and wish someone would follow up with there responsibities to the home because i feel they are abusing the churches help and neglecting as well as taking advantage of false ownership of the property while using others for their credit of being landlords. i recently discovered they were letting a homeless man stay downstairs rentfree and wasnt following the proper guidelines and rules they condoned for me and the reasonings of eviction. i appriciate your time and just want to be heard about my concerns of the violations and hardship they put upon me due to this issue. i now stay in my vehicle as apposed to a affortable living space that i thought was secure and they also made me get rid of my cats while having a animal with vet. issues that caused my animals health issues and flea investations.

There is a long crosswalk on Andover Park W adjacent to the shopping center parking lot and the bus stop area. We were driving north on Andover Park W after dark on 12/28 below the speed limit. As I approached the crosswalk, I noticed a man dressed in all black quickly running across the crosswalk from west to east - I quickly slammed on the brakes and avoided hitting the young man, but it was too close for comfort. My wife looked to the side and saw the crosswalk had a green walk signal displayed. Yet this walk signal is not visible to cars driving down the street, and the man was not very visible due to his dark clothing. Due to the length and design of this crosswalk, I STRONGLY recommend the city convert this crosswalk to one that has lit-up markers on the crosswalk when the walk sign is lit up as some do so that someone does not get run over at night. The other option is to put a traffic light in at this crosswalk when the crosswalk is marked with the green walk sign. Please fix this ASAP to avoid any accidents.
