Description

Waste water and tissue paper are coming from south side of LaVista Apartments and is littering the trail there. Water is very putrid smelling and contains human waste with toilet paper. The stream is coming through the sticker bushes and continuing down trail. Is Septic Tank or Sewer Line broken?
