Right here there is not enough signage on the signal pole when coming north on the I-35 service road at SE 89th. There are 3 lanes, the left lane being the “turn-only” lane and the only sign there sometimes leads people to believe the middle lane also can turn, and if they do, I’ve seen many close calls since there is not enough room there to allow both the left and the middle lane to make a left turn.

One more sign (or change out the current sign) is needed to show ALL THREE LANES and what they are allowed to do:

** the right lane can go straight or turn right.
** the middle lane can ONLY go straight
** the left lane can ONLY turn left.

Like I’ve said, there have been many close calls from the current sign not being clear and some people in the middle lane attempt a left turn at the same time as the left lane.
