Midwest Electric has been called out to address the issue.

Midwest Electric has fixed the crosswalk mechanism. They still have to fix the timing mechanism that shows seconds. Will post when complete.

The City electrician was able to make a partial repair. Midwest Electric was called out and able to make a temporary fix. They are ordering the mechanism to make the repair complete. Thank you for your patience.
