Description

Someone keeps leaving shopping carts in the alley behind 1837 laporte and also dumping them in the empty lot adjacent to this. Ive taken two back this week!! now there are 3!!

I spoke to resident Monday. She claims to not know who is putting the carts there. I asked her to keep her eyes open and if she saw anything to contact the City Garage.
