Description
The flag at the Rondout Neighborhood Center is severely faded and torn. I know this isn't the most urgent issue in the neighborhood, but it is something I noticed on my way home yesterday. I'm not sure what needs to be done in order to replace it.

as it is against federal law to fly a flag that is tattered and torn.
i will gladly offer my services in removing the worn flag, as the constitution of the united states is very clear on the procedures required to retire a flag; and i will adhere to the standards and protocols detailed within.
i will volunteer my time, of course.
if needed, i am sure i can donate a flag to take place of the one you are currently flying as well; as no pole should be bear.
