Description

tall grass. this is my next door neighbor. he has not mowed his grass in over a month. lots of wild seed grass gets into my yard. his front and back yard are at least 3 foot tall. his garage door is broken has been for 3 years. Additionally: on one occasion a couple weeks ago, teenagers parked a white car in the street in front of his yard where it bordered my own. where my side yard(west of my drive way) and his yard's boarder meet. This is where they parked and caused much commotion yelling and screaming and playing loud music.. I was inside and observed from my west window, they did not know I was even home. It was around 12 noon- 3 PM a couple weeks ago. the group of teenagers in a white car two boys two girls, one his daughter has been seen being lude in public presence and strattleing a boy while he held her in front of him kissing for a total of 15 minutes. I observed all of this from my window in his front yard for a bout 3 hours her freinds played loud music, and loitered at the curb near my boarder and his boarder. they also yelled and screamed and made gestures at the houses across the street, though those people were likely not home as it was between 12-3 PM and those people work until 4 or 5 oclock. I am more than happy to mow and maintain my yard but I do not like these disruptions. this white car has only visited on one occasion, obviously not to the homeowner's awareness. Obviously not a frequent problem. though these same teenagers do drive by and shout at me when I am trying to do yard work or water my lawn. But my primary complaint is his grass, the seeds from what I believe is Dallas grass blows over into my yard and makes it more difficult for me to maintain it.
