Verbal question to TA about a month back and it was sent to the building dept. and never heard an answer. If a business has parking lots or spaces that cross over a sidewalk do they have the right to block that sidewalk? I would say say no. Some of the businesses I have had to go into the street while walking are, Baile Funeral on Gerry St, DPW on Pine St, Home at corner of Hancock and Pine St., Businesses at Hancock and Spencer Sts., Garage and Home at Franklin and Pine Sts.. Montvale Plaza on Montvale Ave. and I could go on. Is it legal? It sure isn't safe!
