Neighbor is concerned that a tree in front of mentioned address was marked in the spring to be "cut down" but then the marks started to go away with rain, etc. The someone came out and re-marked the tree a couple months ago--but nothing has been done yet. Neighbor is concerned for elderly neighbor living at address who is concerned that tree may come down on her house at some point.
